Real Estate Bank Headquarters in Baghdad

Symmetry is the unique feature of this construction that clearly demonstrates formality and power of influence. As a result of the connection between the bank’s activities and the projects financed by it, it has become necessary that the building is adorned with the richness of Iraqi architecture. Therefore, construction materials, especially for exterior finishing, were selected with the purpose of adding the local Baghdadi impression to a certain extent.

Al-Toosi Sector - Najaf - Iraq

This proposed private study was conducted for an area taken out of Wadi Al-Salam’s graveyard in Najaf which extends from Al-Tousi Street to Karbala’s highway. The purpose of the project was to reduce the city’s congestion and transform the current deteriorating state of markets, offices, clinic etc to create modern, state of the art spaces as well as creating an atmosphere suitable for multiple commercial uses such as car showrooms and specialized commercial agencies.

Governorate of Najaf Building

A first-place winning design containing the governorate’s needs of executive spaces, meeting rooms, employee restaurant, as well as transaction rooms and others to receive guests etc. In addition, the project contains a mosque for employees and a helipad. In general, the project is distinguished in terms of general structure and the feel of grandeur, as well as water surfaces and architectural items associated with Najaf’s architecture in terms of using bricks and pointed arches.

Governorate of Karbala Complex

The holly karbala province had assigned vacant area of app. 440000 m2 to built the complex which should consist of: Governorate Adm. building, Governorate Council building, Distinguished Mosque, Directorate of Karbala Police building, Guest House, Helicopter field, and other auxiliary buildings with required infra-structure.

Al-Ghadeer Village

Located in Najaf city on the highway leading to Karbala city, consist of 3000 housing units (villas) in different types of built-up area starting from sq.m 120, 150, 180 and 320 as well as the plot area which had sq.m 200, 250 and 400. The project bee invested by British co. (Copper Chess) jointly with Iraqi Co. (forth dimension).

The Scheme encompass all auxiliary service buildings (such as schools, Kindergartens, Mosque, Shopping Center, Police Station, Fuel Station, etc...).

Governorate of Baghdad Building

This is one of the very important projects as it is the core of the capital of Iraq. The design that won the first place in the competition was born due to the feeling that Baghdadi architecture has a distinguished flavor in terms of construction details, such as using pointed arches and Mushrabias.

The building contains all operational spaces within the executive structure of the capital, in addition to meeting halls, a grand halls, a theatre, restaurants for distinguished guests as well as others for the employees, a library etc.

Private Apartment Building

Our practise has entered this broad sector through urban design as well as providing architectural plans for numerous private housing schemes, including palaces and villas, as well as buildings on a more modest scale. The common feature of the houses is their Iraqi image reflected in a modern idiom. The main features of the designs are the internal courtyard, arches and Shanasheel or Mashrabiya. Local materials are used in their construction.

Ministry of Industry and Minerals Building Complex

One of the commissions for government establishments is the building Complex for the Ministry of Industry and Minerals and all its departments. This complex caters for all the varied space accomodation to include general office space, technical departments, computer and microfilming sections in addition to employee’s cafeteria and a number of conference rooms and meeting halls.
