The location is not far from Immam Ali Holy Shrine (App. 600m), the availabe site map is declined starting from Al-Muheet str. in the upper level (m+33) to zero level at Al-Hawly str. The planing concept was taken into consideration that the construction should be done on high level hotels by investers, also the site will had auxilary buildings.
