Hotels Group in Jordan

Hotels Group in the Dead Sea, Petra and Aqaba (Jordan) Based on the request of a group of investors at the time, designs have been created for the above projects resulting in Aqaba Hotel Compound overlooking the Sea (around 135 rooms), the Dead Sea Compound (128 rooms), Petra Hotel (112 rooms) in addition to all required spaces and necessary services for a four-star hotel.

Al-Janabee Group

This is one of the projects which the group intend to invest in Iraq on plot area which belong to Sunnite Endow (on lease bases)... The land located on very well known street (Al-Nidhal) in Baghdad. The project supposes to be five star hotel with capacity of 300 Bedrooms with two luxurious Suites located on the 11th floor while the building composed of sixteen floors.

Najaf Municipality Hotel

The project faces the wall of the Holy Shrine of Imam Ali Bin Abi Talib, which gives the project its importance. Therefore, it required a close examination  to the building's facades in general and high mass, ratios and the selection of the construction material in particular. Thus, itemized composition was used; this consisted of the traditional arches and ornament frames using material manufactured locally such as the facing brick and the vitrified tiles and iron works.

Kerbala is an old religious city with its roots deep in the past. It is a center of pilgrimage for Muslims who come from many parts of the globe. For generations it has played host to countless numbers of visitors and this has taken its toll on the infrastructure, public services, buildings and amenities, which the authorities are unable to maintain because of the all encompassing embargo place on Iraq.
