The assign site for the project was in the heart of Basra city, Consisting of 2000 housing units. The design based on the client wish to have eight apartments (two Floors only) in each block, and to be consider that the project should consist of all other auxiliary buildings (Schools, Shopping Center, Police, Mosque, etc...)

This is an ambitious commercial project that a semi-government industrial corporation intended to carry out for commercial investment purposes. The project was proposed to be constructed on a vast plot on the main road in Kathmiya (Baghdad) that contains a group of retail shops distributed within various levels as well as commercial offices, in addition to all necessary services like children’s playground, central air-conditioning and car parking.

The project of a shopping mall with a variety of complimentary facilities including car parking for 800 cars, restaurants, skating rink and office space. The elements of the design have a strong harmonious form which is articulated to echo regional architecture.
